※ The census covered all establishments which existed in the territory as of Dec. 31 and excluded establishments of agriculture,
forestry and fishery owned by an individual, military service, household service, private extra-territorial organization and simple
stores without fixed facilities and business place.
The enumeration unit is establishment which is defined as a physical unit engaging in industrial activities.
